Stove installation
Working in partnership with The Wood Burner Company we supply and fit a range of quality wood burners to suit all budgets. A wide variety of designs and finishes are available to help you achieve the look you love. Once your installation is complete it will be certified and registered with HETAS giving you peace of mind.

Wood burner servicing and repair
Keep your wood burner in top condition by booking in for an annual service. We are also able to repair wood burners and stoves. If your stove requires any repairs, book your appointment before the busy autumn rush to avoid possible delays using your fire. Get in touch to book your appointment.
Stove removals
If you decide to remove a stove or wood burner from your home, we can help. We will safely remove and take away your stove and make a registered plate to cover the opening so if it is exposed in years to come it can be reopened without any damage to the chimney.
Rope replacement
Fire rope is used to make sure there is an air-tight seal when you close the door of your stove or wood burner and it will need to be replaced regularly to ensure optimum performance. If you think your fire rope needs replacing, get in touch to book an appointment.
Fire brick replacement
Over time fires bricks will become crumbly and develop large cracks. This is when they should be replaced.
We can organise a replacement brick if your fire requires a special size. Alternatively we also keep a supply of fire brick and board which can be fitted during your yearly sweep and service.
Birds nest removal
If you have a bird nest in your chimney we can remove it, so long as there is no sign of active nesting. Even if you are not planning to use your chimney it’s important to remove nests as they can cause problems such as damp.
Bird guards, caps and cowls
We can fit bird guards, caps and cowls to protect both your chimney and the local wildlife. These are designed to allow the chimney to still be fully swept.
Chimney inspections
If you are planning to install a wood burner or you have just moved into a house which has one, we can inspect your chimney to make sure it’s safe to use. Using a flexible purpose-built camera, we will take a close look at the structure inside your chimney and advise on any work or repairs required.
Smoke test
We can carry out smoke tests to check the performance of your chimney, making sure it has a good draw and is ready to use.
Carbon monoxide alarms
Anyone using a wood burner, stove or fire should have a carbon monoxide alarm fitted in their home as a precaution. Fitting an alarm is quick, costs very little and could save your life.
